Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand and New Delhi, Delhi
- Strong understanding of real estate market and customer requirements.
- Research, Source, make initial contact ( email and cold calling).
- Creating a pipeline of prospects by establishing and maintaining professional relationships.
- Visiting Prospect Clients ( Minimum 4 hours of field work each day).
- Network and actively participate in User Group, Associations and Trade Shows related to Real Estate.
- Creating awareness about Agrawal Reveladore’s projects across India.
- Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of Real Estate sales experience.
- An existing customer database would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in use of MS Office, CRM and other related software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
