Business Development Manager

Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand and New Delhi, Delhi

  • Strong understanding of real estate market and customer requirements.
  • Research, Source, make initial contact ( email and cold calling).
  • Creating a pipeline of prospects by establishing and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Visiting Prospect Clients ( Minimum 4 hours of field work each day).
  • Network and actively participate in User Group, Associations and Trade Shows related to Real Estate.
  • Creating awareness about Agrawal Reveladore’s projects across India.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of Real Estate sales experience.
  • An existing customer database would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in use of MS Office, CRM and other related software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
